Listing Submission/Advertising Guidelines

Items or services must be advertised in the category that best fits them, and all advertisements should be related to the mining industry. Advertising or listing goods or services not actually featured on Zoniac AB using links, email addresses, images, or other contact information is prohibited. Ads must not contain images or content that are obscene, offensive, harmful to minors, invade privacy, or are otherwise inappropriate. Items listed for sale must be in your possession, you must have the right to sell them, and they must exist at the time of submission. Sending unsolicited emails or messages to Zoniac AB or its members is not allowed. The service should not be used for any fraudulent activities. 

Disrupting Zoniac AB operations by using automated routines to gather information or perform repetitive actions that affect system performance is prohibited. Circumventing fees and payments is also forbidden. Listings should be in English, but may include words from other languages if necessary to describe the item or service. Ads promoting hatred, violence, racism, or intolerance are not allowed on Zoniac AB.

Under these guidelines, Zoniac AB may remove listings and, at its discretion, refund fees if the content graphically portrays adult content or
violence, or lacks social, artistic, or industry value.

URLs, Links, and Contact Information

Sellers may include URLs that provide additional information about an item or service for sale, but links to obscene, offensive, or inappropriate material, or to competitors, are not allowed. Inappropriate words, profanity, or URLs in an ad’s title, description, or images, or as part of a sign-in name, are not permitted. Submissions not adhering to these guidelines will be removed, and repeated failures may result in a permanent account suspension.

Spamming

Spamming, including solicitation of Zoniac AB members via the website, is not tolerated. Zoniac AB URLs and email addresses are also prohibited in unsolicited commercial email campaigns. Zoniac AB will take action, including legal, if spamming occurs or laws are violated.

Keyword Spamming

Using extraneous keywords or phrases in listings is not permitted. Keywords that do not add value to the listing description or are repeated are considered superfluous. This includes unrelated brand names.

Portal Listings

Listings intended to direct buyers to another website, store, or business are prohibited. Such listings may be re-categorized or disabled.

Inappropriate Listings/Advertisements

At any time, Zoniac AB may re-categorize, disable, or suspend listings with inappropriate material in titles, descriptions, or images, and will notify users of such actions.

Right to Terminate and Suspend

Zoniac AB may modify, suspend, or delete any listing or membership immediately if guidelines are not followed.

Prohibited Items

Certain items, such as illegal firearms, explosives, and non-transferable contracts, cannot be listed or sold on Zoniac AB. Notifications of intellectual property infringement may result in ad suspension without refund unless a successful counter-claim is filed.

Wholesale Lists and Matrix Schemes

Listings selling information linked to potentially fraudulent activities, such as pyramid schemes, are not allowed, including ads promising nearly free products via other schemes.

Photographs and Pictures

Images in listings should clearly represent the items being sold and must be owned by the seller. Listings that confuse buyers may be modified or suspended by Zoniac AB.

No warranties

This website is provided “as is” without any representations or warranties, express or implied. Zoniac AB makes no representations or warranties in relation to this website or the information and materials provided on this website.

Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing paragraph, Zoniac AB does not warrant that:

• this website will be constantly available, or available at all; or
• the information on this website is complete, true, accurate or non-misleading.
